The Partner Development Manager will play a critical role on the Ellevation sales team, responsible for closing all new business in CA, one of our most important markets. So far in 2016, we have increased revenue by more than 100% in California. The ideal candidate will be skilled at in-field sales, knowledgeable about the K-12 market, highly motivated, and prepared to work hard to build the business.
This position will operate as an in-field sales representative accountable for a defined territory of CA. The PDM is primarily focused on hunting new-business and expanding market share and revenue within the state. He/She will receive support from our inside-sales Partner Development Associates and our Marketing team to generate interest and schedule meetings. This role should also aggressively network and prospect for opportunities.
